Buildings

Up to 3 stories. Taller buildings are quoted after we confirm access.

How it works

1. 1

   Site visit. We walk the property and confirm access, glass and scope.

2. 2

   Written proposal. Scope, frequency and price, in writing, within two business days of the visit.

3. 3

   Scheduled service. One point of contact and a set schedule.

Paperwork and billing

• General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate
• Certificate of insurance on request, with your property named as additional insured
• W-9 on request
• Net 30 invoicing by property
• Photo report after every visit

If something is missed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
